VC Association Training Institute Recruiting Participants for 62nd Venture Investment Professional Training Program
The Korea Venture Capital Association (hereinafter referred to as the VC Association) announced on May 19 that its affiliated training institute will host the 62nd Venture Investment Professional Training (V-Up) Program.
The V-Up Program is one of the institute's flagship training courses, providing participants with opportunities to enhance their venture investment capabilities and expertise through a systematic curriculum and a proven roster of instructors. The program also fosters networking among venture capital professionals and related industry participants by operating a cohort-based human network system.
The 62nd session will be held from June 22 to 29 and from July 1 to 3. During the first week, training will be conducted in a flexible, self-paced format via an online platform, allowing trainees to study at their own pace. The second week will feature in-person, residential training focused on practical, in-depth education and strengthened networking.
Key topics include: ▲Overview of venture capital and investment trends ▲Venture capital investment methodologies and stage-specific characteristics ▲Laws related to venture investment ▲Preparation of investment screening reports and due diligence case studies. Upon completion, participants will be awarded a certificate that fulfills the requirements for registration as a venture investment professional in accordance with the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Promotion of Venture Investment.
