This promotion was designed to provide practical benefits to passengers who are facing increased airfare costs, including higher fuel surcharges caused by recent instability in the Middle East. The discounts apply to both round-trip and one-way tickets between Yangyang and Jeju. Passengers can receive a discount of 5,000 won for a one-way ticket and 10,000 won for a round-trip ticket by entering a special discount code when booking through the Parata Air website or mobile app. However, regular fare tickets are excluded from this event.
Airfare reservations and discount code issuance will be available for five days, from 10 a.m. on May 11 until 2 p.m. on May 15. The boarding period is set from May 11 to August 31, which includes the peak summer season, and the province expects a strong response from both residents and tourists.
Gangwon Province plans to use this promotion to reduce the actual airfare burden for passengers and actively encourage tourists from other regions to visit the province.
