"Professor Pyo Changwon Explains the Meaning of Happiness" Special Lecture for Hwasun Residents
Second Session of the "Citizen Happiness Academy" to Be Held on May 20
Professor Pyo Changwon, a renowned criminal psychologist, will visit Hwasun, South Jeolla Province, to give a lecture on the theme of "happiness."
Hwasun County announced that the second session of the 2026 Citizen Happiness Academy will be held at 3 p.m. on May 20 in the main conference room of the Hwasun County Office.
During the lecture, Professor Pyo will revisit the meaning of happiness as experienced in daily life and suggest practical ways to improve quality of life for county residents.
Drawing on his extensive experience analyzing crimes, Professor Pyo plans to provide an in-depth explanation of the causes of anxiety and unhappiness in humans.
