Korea Electrical Safety Corporation Appoints Shin Gunil as Vice President: "Proactive Response to Changes in Electrical Disasters"
Inauguration Ceremony Held at Headquarters on April 28
The Korea Electrical Safety Corporation announced on April 28 that it has appointed Shin Gunil, former Director of the Watershed Management Bureau at the Han River Basin Environmental Office under the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Environment, as its new Vice President.
On the same day, Vice President Shin held an inauguration ceremony with executives and employees at the Jeonbuk Innovation City headquarters, officially beginning his two-year term.

View original imageThe newly appointed Vice President Shin was born in 1969 in Geumsan, Chungnam Province. He graduated from the Department of Chemical Engineering at Hanyang University and earned a master's degree in public policy from the University of Pittsburgh in the United States.
He began his public service career after passing the 36th Technical Civil Service Examination, obtained a patent attorney qualification while in office, and has served as Director of Air Quality Management, Director of Environmental Damage Relief, and Director of the Watershed Management Bureau at the Han River Basin Environmental Office.
