View Equipment, Process, and Robot Data at a Glance... Bigway Robotics Launches 'SOLlink Industrial Hub' Mobile App
Bigway Robotics, a robotics solutions company, has launched a mobile application that allows users to view equipment, process, and robot data at a glance.
Bigway Robotics announced on the 21st that it has officially released the mobile app for its integrated industrial site operation service, “SOLlink Industrial Hub,” on the Google Play Store.
SOLlink Industrial Hub is a cloud-based industrial site operation service that integrates monitoring of equipment, process, and robot data, enabling users to check site status anytime and anywhere via HMI and mobile environments. It also supports quick response through real-time notifications.
SOLlink Industrial Hub is designed so that neither other client companies nor external users can access on-site information. Access permissions are differentiated by support personnel, so only authorized users can access the necessary information and functions. It is not structured to transfer production secrets or sensitive information outside the company—instead, it focuses on integrating operational data such as status values, alerts, and failure logs required for on-site operations.
On-site operations personnel can reduce time and location constraints by using the mobile app to check the status of equipment and processes, and respond more quickly in the event of abnormal situations or inquiries. This is because they can view the operational status of key processes and equipment, on-site alerts, and inquiry history, all on one screen.
Bigway Robotics plans to expand its smart industrial site management services with the launch of this mobile app. The company expects the app to help managers access necessary information more quickly and reduce delays in responding to equipment malfunctions or operational issues.
