[Today's New Product] "Boneless Grilled Mackerel Ready in 2 Minutes in the Microwave"
Ottogi Launches "Boneless Grilled Mackerel for the Microwave"
"Boneless Domestic Mackerel" Cooked Easily in the Microwave
Fishy Odor Reduced with Green Tea, Turmeric, and More
Ottogi is launching a new product, "Boneless Grilled Mackerel for the Microwave," allowing consumers to easily enjoy grilled fish at home.
Ottogi announced on May 20 that it has released a boneless grilled mackerel product that delivers not only convenience and flavor but also nutritional value. The "Boneless Grilled Mackerel for the Microwave" uses domestically sourced mackerel and features a boneless format.
This product eliminates the need to remove fish bones, making it easy for anyone to enjoy, regardless of age or gender. The mackerel is grilled to a golden brown for a clean taste, and is enhanced with a subtle smoky aroma reminiscent of open-flame grilling.
Additionally, a sunflower oil coating helps prevent moisture loss, resulting in a moist and tender texture. Ingredients such as green tea, turmeric, ginger, cheonggyul (a type of citrus), and mirin are used to reduce the characteristic fishy odor of mackerel. With 14 grams of protein per serving, this high-protein product is also suitable for health-conscious diets.
