Kia Electric Vehicles Arrive in "PUBG Mobile"
Kia Collaborates with "PUBG Mobile"
Integrated Online and Offline Brand Experience
On May 20, Kia announced that it will launch an integrated online and offline event in collaboration with the globally popular mobile shooting game "PUBG Mobile," allowing participants to directly experience Kia electric vehicles (EVs).
PUBG Mobile is a shooting game that adapts "PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS" for the mobile environment.

The company also intends to naturally integrate its brand and products into the game’s storyline to strengthen communication with customers.
First, until July 9, Kia will introduce limited-edition vehicle skins for its electric vehicle lineup—EV3, EV4, and PV5 Passenger—allowing in-game users to use these models as means of transportation.
These items perfectly reproduce the real vehicles’ interior and exterior designs, as well as Kia’s unique brand sound, within the game. Players can enjoy the excitement of the battlefield while naturally experiencing the appeal of Kia EVs as they drive these vehicles in-game.
Kia will also operate an experiential pop-up called "Zone 8" in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, from May 21 to 25, enabling customers to enjoy the virtual battlefield—where Kia EVs appear as in-game items—in an offline setting as well.
This pop-up is designed as "Zone 8," a virtual area inspired by elements from PUBG Mobile’s battlefield, where Kia electric vehicles land by parachute and engage in scenarios such as combat and resource collection. Visitors can experience the event as if they have become the protagonists within the game.
Notably, Zone 8 is a collaborative pop-up linking Kia’s signature brand space in Seongsu-dong, "Kia Unplugged Ground," with Krafton’s "PUBG SEONGSU." The collaboration is expected to more effectively deliver the integrated universe of Kia and PUBG Mobile to customers visiting the site.
