Samjong KPMG is teaming up with Shinhan Bank to enhance M&A services for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Samjong KPMG and Shinhan Bank announced on May 19 that they had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) at the Shinhan PWM Yeouido Center in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul, to strengthen M&A and corporate succession advisory services for small and medium-sized enterprises. The two companies plan to provide customized advisory and financial services covering all aspects of business management for SME clients with M&A and succession needs.
Through this agreement, the two companies will collaborate in various areas, including business management consulting, corporate valuation, M&A and business succession advisory, acquisition finance, and integrated asset management services.

Samjong KPMG will offer services required throughout the M&A process, including corporate valuation, accounting and tax advisory, and transaction structure review.
