The universities have also agreed to actively cooperate in managing and supporting the students during their internship period.
Participating companies will receive 1 million won to help cover the cost of operating the internship program. Students will be provided with opportunities to participate in practical work related to their field of study. The field training and internship program is scheduled to run from July through December.
Notably, the foundation will offer additional career counseling and job placement services to students who wish to seek employment but are not able to transition to full-time jobs after completing the internship. In this way, the foundation plans to provide systematic follow-up support to ensure stable employment connections even after the internships end.
