Draper Startup House Korea to Support Global Expansion of Baemin Resident Startups
Signed MOU with Woowa Brothers
Draper Startup House Korea (Draper) has activated a collaborative framework to support the successful global market entry of promising Korean startups.
On May 14, Draper announced that it had signed a comprehensive memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Woowa Brothers at Baemin Startup Square, located in Pangyo, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, to support business operations and startup growth.
The two companies agreed that Draper will leverage its global network to fully support the companies residing at Baemin Startup Square, a startup support space operated by Woowa Brothers, so that these companies can achieve tangible results on the global stage.

View original imageThe main areas of cooperation include: sharing global expansion infrastructure and localization know-how with resident startups; providing support for overseas market entry utilizing a network in over 30 countries worldwide; establishing professional networking to strengthen global business capabilities; and discovering and recommending outstanding entrepreneurial companies for residency.
Under the agreement, Draper will participate as the official "global expansion partner" of Baemin Startup Square. Through the world-class business network established by legendary Silicon Valley investor Tim Draper, the company plans to provide comprehensive support for Korean startups to find local partners abroad and achieve a soft landing in overseas markets.
Woowa Brothers will promote and operate systems at Baemin Startup Square, a key hub for startup development in Pangyo, so that promising companies can actively utilize global infrastructure, and will take the lead in advancing a private sector-led virtuous cycle startup ecosystem.
