Haman County in South Gyeongsang Province is operating the ‘K-Geosang Popup Experience and Exhibition Hall’ at Haman Independence Park in Gunbuk-myeon until June 7.
This event is part of the ‘K-Geosang Tourism Route Commercialization Project,’ a specialized regional tourism development initiative for the southern region. It introduces unique experiential tourism content that blends entrepreneurial spirit with local tourism resources. The experience and exhibition hall consists of five modular containers set up in the lawn plaza of Haman Independence Park. The facility is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and is closed every Monday.
At the ‘Haman County K-Geosang Popup Experience and Exhibition Hall,’ visitors can learn about the life and entrepreneurial values of Manwoo Cho Hongje, the founder of Hyosung Group and a native of Haman. Those interested in exploring the energy of wealth can participate in the experience, which is open to children, teenagers, and adults alike.
The exhibition, presented in a storytelling format called ‘Sotbawi Energy Investigation Bureau,’ invites participants to become investigators. Inside the experience and exhibition hall, they begin an exploration by finding clues related to the ‘missing fragments of energy (prosperity, sharing, patriotism)’ that reflect the life philosophy of Manwoo Cho Hongje.
Visitors can also join a stamp tour that continues to the birthplace of Manwoo Cho Hongje and the Daeeam Lee Taejun Memorial Hall. By visiting all three tourist sites, participants can receive a completion souvenir at the final destination.
On weekends and public holidays, visitors can sign up on a first-come, first-served basis to participate in a special hands-on program inside the hall, making a ‘K-Geosang Wappen Keyring.’

A Haman County official stated, “We hope that visits to the K-Geosang Popup Experience and Exhibition Hall will provide visitors with a meaningful opportunity to reflect on the values of patriotism, sharing, and challenge, especially in light of the upcoming Memorial Day. By linking visits to local tourist attractions, we not only aim to revitalize the regional economy, but also to establish this as a leading wide-area tourism content connecting the three cities and counties of Haman, Uiryeong, and Jinju in South Gyeongsang Province.”
