After completing his registration, he met with citizens and declared, "I have just finished registering as a candidate. With the hopes of citizens and party members, I will rebuild Goyang into a truly prestigious city."
Min especially presented a five-point city vision as concrete solutions to overcome the current stagnation facing Goyang. The core of his vision is "vitality" and "coexistence." He plans to create an environment that attracts young people back to the city and strengthen the city's foundation by generating high-quality jobs.
Additionally, he proposed transforming outdated residential areas into premium living spaces, while also introducing a human-centered urban design that fosters respect for nature as well as coexistence, care, and sharing. This demonstrates his commitment not only to outward growth but also to genuinely improving the quality of life for citizens.
Min emphasized, "Goyang is currently at a standstill. I, Min Kyung-sun, who knows how to get things done, will restart the stalled engine and restore the pride of Goyang's citizens."
