Hana Securities Signs Productive Financial Cooperation MOU with WeVentures
Hana Securities announced on the 14th that it had signed a 'Productive Financial Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)' with venture capital firm WeVentures.
Under this agreement, the two parties plan to collaborate on nurturing future new industries and supporting the scaling up of the technology startup ecosystem to activate the supply of productive finance. They intend to jointly discover and invest in promising ventures and startups, expand investments, establish a financial support system tailored to each stage of growth, and form and co-manage investment funds.

View original imageWeVentures, established in 2019, is a venture capital firm that proactively discovers, invests in, and nurtures outstanding ventures in areas such as artificial intelligence (AI) and deep tech. As of the end of 2025, it manages approximately KRW 650 billion in assets under management (AUM).
Through this collaboration, Hana Securities plans to establish a comprehensive financial support system that covers the entire process from discovering promising startups and making initial investments, to follow-up investments, fundraising, IPOs, and M&A advisory services.
