In particular, the festival aims to transform the Shinjang Shopping Mall area into a vibrant cultural street, invigorate the local commercial district, and foster a spirit of goodwill and friendship between Korea and the United States.
The main event will feature a rock performance by "Fire and Forget," the U.S. Air Force band from the Pyeongtaek Osan Air Base, as well as DJ performances by Newjeansnim, Heo Jokyo, and Sepo. There will also be a variety of participatory programs such as a street karaoke, street performances, experience booths, and a play zone, allowing both citizens and U.S. military families to take part directly.
The foundation plans to create a street festival atmosphere where citizens, U.S. Forces Korea personnel, and foreign residents can mingle together by offering a harmonious mix of performances and participatory programs.
