Helping Hands for Garlic Farmers in Gyeji-ri, Cheongtong-myeon
On May 11, employees from the Public Relations and Computerization Office of Yeongcheon City visited a garlic farm in Gyeji-ri, Cheongtong-myeon to provide assistance as the busy farming season began.
This volunteer activity was organized to help alleviate the ongoing labor shortage in rural areas, which occurs every year due to the aging population, and to offer practical support to local farmers.
