This inspection will target facilities that have been in use for more than 15 years since completion, specifically the Changwon City Tennis Court and the Central Multi-level Parking Lot. The corporation plans to thoroughly inspect the structural safety and any major defects of these two facilities by May 22.
In particular, based on the inspection results, the corporation will proceed with the designation process for Type 3 facilities, reinforce preventive maintenance management by registering the facilities in the Facilities Management System (FMS), and conduct regular safety inspections.
Additionally, to respond to the increasing number of aging facilities, the corporation will continue to upgrade its safety inspection and maintenance management system, and expand proactive preventive activities for public facilities that are frequently used by citizens.
