Seongju-gun Promotes Everyday Wildfire Prevention with Unique Stamp Production
Produced Using the "My Own Stamp" Service
Seongju-gun, North Gyeongsang Province, has launched a wildfire prevention campaign with the production of a unique promotional stamp.
On May 8, Seongju-gun created the Wildfire Prevention Promotional Stamp to raise awareness about wildfires and to widely promote the importance of prevention.
This promotional stamp was produced through the post office’s “My Own Stamp” service. Featuring a friendly design incorporating the local mascot (Chambyul-i), the stamp visually conveys the message of wildfire prevention.
In particular, the campaign was designed to move away from traditional, rigid public promotions, allowing residents to encounter the message naturally in their daily lives. It is expected that repeated exposure will draw increased attention and participation from the community.
The stamps will be used on various types of civil mail, administrative notices, and promotional materials for local events, contributing to the spread of wildfire prevention awareness through community-centered outreach.
