Sukkyoon Seo, the People Power Party candidate for Songpa District Mayor, will hold an opening ceremony at his campaign office in Songpa-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, at 2 p.m. on May 9. Seo, who is the current Songpa District Mayor, is seeking re-election.
