It serves as a global platform attended by major stakeholders from Europe's design industry. This year, KIDP has expanded its market development initiative, previously implemented in major cities such as the United States, Germany, and China, to Munich, further strengthening support for the global expansion of Korean design.
The Design Market Development Team is a program that selects design companies with high export potential and supports their overseas expansion through the provision of local market trends and information, export training, business consultations, and networking. This year's team included five leading domestic design specialists: BDCI, BKID, Unichest, Second White, and HEAZ.
Next month, KIDP plans to dispatch a Design Market Development Team comprised of six outstanding design specialist companies to the San Francisco Design Week (SFDW) in the United States.
