On May 5, in celebration of Children's Day, Guri City in Gyeonggi Province held the "104th Guri City Children's Day Celebration 2026: Let's Attach Wings of Dreams and Hope."

Approximately 450 participants, including children from local children's centers and their guardians, took part, reflecting on the significance of Children's Day and creating joyful memories together.
During the commemorative ceremony, which took place in the main auditorium at Guri City Hall, commendations were awarded to 28 exemplary children and contributors to child welfare. In addition, Yein Sarang Social Cooperative Hangnyeol Scholarship Foundation presented a scholarship of 5.1 million won (partially sponsored by singer Jang Minho's fan club, "Seoul Minho Special Forces"), and "21st Century Club," a volunteer group from the Guri and Namyangju areas, donated a scholarship of 2.5 million won, further emphasizing the spirit of warm-hearted sharing.
