Hwaseong City Successfully Holds 2nd Entrepreneurs’ Day Ceremony, Honors 73 Outstanding Businesspeople
Over 200 Local Entrepreneurs Attend
Presenting Future Vision Through Business Achievement Reports and Sharing Best Practices
On April 1, Hwaseong Special City held the "2026 2nd Hwaseong Special City Entrepreneurs’ Day Commemorative Ceremony" at the Grand Ballroom of the Rolling Hills Hotel.

View original imageThis event was organized to promote business activities, enhance the pride of entrepreneurs, and share a vision for corporate cooperation and future growth. The event was hosted by Hwaseong Special City and organized by the Hwaseong Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Over 200 attendees participated, including First Vice Mayor Yoon Sungjin, Baek Jeongsu, Chairman of the Hwaseong Special City Council, city council members, local businesspeople, and representatives from related organizations.
The ceremony began with a special lecture and an opening performance, followed by an awards presentation, commemorative and congratulatory speeches, presentations of outstanding companies’ achievements, and a group performance.
During the pre-ceremony event, Deokjin Kim, Director of the IT Communication Research Institute, delivered a special lecture on the topic, "How Will Manufacturing Innovation in Hwaseong Change in the AI Era?" This was followed by an opening performance by "Neoulsori," Hwaseong City’s multicultural children’s choir, and the youth team "Shooting Up" from the Hwaseong City Cheerleading Association, which added to the festive atmosphere.
Notably, this year’s ceremony recognized a total of 73 outstanding entrepreneurs, including 10 companies that received the 3rd Hwaseong Special City SME Awards. Among the award-winning companies, Abiman Robotics Co., Ltd. and Well Cheese Co., Ltd. presented their business achievements and growth stories. All attendees participated in a group performance, symbolizing "the light of hope that brightens the future together with businesses," reaffirming their commitment to corporate cooperation and future growth.
