Miryang City Toy Library Implements Partial Amendment to Establishment and Operation Ordinance
First City-Level Area in Gyeongnam to Abolish Annual Membership Fee
Miryang City in Gyeongnam Province has decided to abolish the annual membership fee for its toy library, becoming the first city-level area in Gyeongnam to do so. This initiative aims to ease the childcare burden for citizens and promote greater use of the toy library.
The city has announced a partial amendment to the "Ordinance on the Establishment and Operation of the Miryang City Toy Library," and will fully implement the changes starting March 26.

View original imagePreviously, general members of the toy library were required to pay an annual fee of 10,000 won. However, with the amendment of the ordinance, this annual fee will be completely waived. The city expects that this measure will improve accessibility for citizens to the toy library.
