Daishin Securities Tops IRP 10-Year Average Annual Return at 5.89% Pre-Tax
Daishin Securities announced on March 26 that, as of the end of last year, the 10-year average annual return (pre-tax) for its IRP (Individual Retirement Pension) non-principal-protected products reached 5.89%, ranking first in the securities industry.
According to the retirement pension comparison disclosure on the Financial Supervisory Service's Integrated Pension Portal, the average annual returns for 3, 5, and 7 years were 13.73%, 6.11%, and 7.96%, respectively. Daishin Securities explained that its long-term performance was driven by offering products focused on high-dividend and high-interest assets, along with a systematic asset allocation strategy.
The flagship product, 'Daishin 343 TDF 2055 [Mixed-Fund of Funds]', has also shown outstanding recent performance. As of the end of January this year, its one-year return stood at 36.62%, with two-year and three-year returns at 49.35% and 62.74%, respectively. This product is a target date fund (TDF) that diversifies investments in global assets from a long-term perspective, and it is characterized by adjusting asset allocation ratios according to the investor's retirement timeline.
Daishin Securities also provides one-on-one consultations and regular asset allocation management services to clients through its retirement-specialized experts known as 'Lifecycle Consultants.' Through this, the company offers customized portfolios that take into account each investor's age, risk profile, and planned retirement date.
Additional fee benefits have been arranged. When clients operate performance-based products (funds) in their Daishin Securities IRP account, management and asset management fees are waived. However, fund management fees may still apply, and ETF products are excluded. Furthermore, Daishin Securities offers a benefit of waiving management fees for 18 months for defined benefit (DB) or defined contribution (DC) plan clients who transfer or receive their severance pay into a Daishin Securities IRP account.
