On March 26, KT Skylife appointed Joil, Executive Vice President, as the new CEO.
On March 26, KT Skylife held a general shareholders’ meeting at its Sangam-dong headquarters, where it approved the financial statements—including a cash dividend—and decided on the appointment of internal and external directors.
The dividend for the 2025 fiscal year was set at 350 won per share. The company will maintain the same dividend as the previous year, reflecting a turnaround to profitability in annual operating profit and net income, as well as improved performance from its subsidiaries, continuing its shareholder-friendly management policy. This dividend policy is viewed as a result of Skylife’s stable revenue structure and solid financial health.
In addition, Joil, Executive Vice President, was recommended as an internal director, and was then appointed as the new CEO at the subsequent board meeting. KT Skylife expects that the new CEO, who previously served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will ensure management continuity while maximizing business momentum.
