The Honam University FT is a new educational program that began in 2009 as a "major experience + community service-based healthy MT" to differentiate itself from other universities by promoting a positive MT culture. In 2017, the program evolved to include field trip activities.
This year, FT activities began on March 16, with 10 departments—including the Department of Electrical Engineering, the Department of Fashion Design, and the Department of Food and Nutrition—taking the lead. By the end of March, each department will carry out a variety of volunteer activities over two days and one night, tailored to their respective academic specialties.
