Through this MOU, the two companies will work to introduce Ceragem’s premium wellness devices into key Bello clinics and jointly develop a clinic-based B2B collaboration model. They also plan to conduct joint branding and marketing activities targeting premium customers, and will launch the partnership in phases, starting with major flagship clinics. In the medium to long term, they are considering expanding to Bello's nationwide clinic network.
Building on its global expertise in medical device technology and wellness solutions, Ceragem aims to establish a differentiated experience-based model in the Philippine premium wellness market by partnering with Bello, which has extensive medical and aesthetic infrastructure. The specific terms of the business will be finalized through a separate main contract in the future.
