Uiryeong Eco-friendly Golf Course to Fully Overhaul Operations, Expand Group Bookings from Outside the County
Hello Caddie Fee Cut, Reservation Exchange Vouchers Abolished
Enhanced User Convenience and Improved Operational Efficiency
The Uiryeong County eco-friendly golf course in South Gyeongsang Province will completely overhaul its operating system starting March 1. The move aims to enhance user convenience and improve operational efficiency.
The biggest change is a reduction in the Hello Caddie (guide cart) fee. The golf course has introduced five additional guide carts and cut the usage fee from the previous 15,000 won to 10,000 won. This is intended to reduce the burden on self-rounding users.

Instead, reservations can be transferred up to three times a month. This allows users to transfer their slot to an acquaintance in case of sudden schedule changes, which both prevents no-shows and improves convenience.
The reservation window for remaining tee times (for two-player rounds) has been moved up from 4:00 p.m. on the day before use to 11:00 a.m. This is to give users more leeway in planning their schedules.
In addition, the 27-hole limit regulation will be abolished. This measure is intended to enhance game operation stability and improve course management efficiency. During the off-season, the current two-shift system (first and second sessions) will be replaced with a single-shift system to allow more flexible operations in line with demand.
The course will also expand its efforts to attract group teams from outside the county. The previous address requirement that limited group applications to Uiryeong County residents will be completely lifted. The maximum size of group teams will be increased from four to six teams. The course expects to attract more group visitors, such as clubs from nearby cities.
