Esteem is a branding content specialist company established in 2004. Branding content refers to taking the lead in the entire content production process, at the request of client companies, to enhance brand identity or carry out rebranding. The company is currently collaborating on about 2,000 projects per year with a wide range of brands.
Esteem has carried out numerous projects over many years for global top-tier luxury brands. It is expanding its influence in the market by broadening its client base beyond fashion to various industries, including beauty, entertainment, tech, and lifestyle.
Its content competitiveness has established Esteem as an "optimal stage for growth," which in turn has led to the voluntary inflow of high-quality artist IPs. Esteem holds IP rights for approximately 330 artists. Through its artist development institution "E-Studio," it discovers and nurtures talent, and it maintains a broad pool of artist IPs not only in fashion but also in areas such as dancers, veterinarians, and designers.
Leveraging its competitiveness in content and artists, Esteem planned and launched its own IP content, "Catwalk Festa," for the first time in 2023. Catwalk Festa is a performance-style fashion show that combines K-fashion and K-pop, and unlike conventional fashion shows centered on industry insiders, it is designed so that general audiences can enjoy it together. It has been held three times so far, with about 20 brands participating.
The business performance has translated into earnings growth. Esteem's revenue increased from 25.4 billion won in 2021 to 35.6 billion won in 2024, while operating profit turned around from a loss of 1.2 billion won to a profit of 2 billion won over the same period. In 2025, based on cumulative figures for the third quarter, it recorded revenue of 26.1 billion won and operating profit of 1.8 billion won, with an operating margin reaching 7%. Through a virtuous cycle driven by its content capabilities, artist growth system, and proprietary content, the company has entered a full-fledged profit growth trajectory.

Building on its existing business capabilities, Esteem has entered the brand incubating business. Brand incubating is a business model that supports the entire lifecycle of a brand in a systematic way, helping it secure competitiveness and achieve growth in the market. Although K-fashion has recently been drawing worldwide attention, there is a lack of players that incubate multiple brands with a focus on brand identity. Esteem is positioning itself as a content-centered brand incubator based on the core capabilities it has accumulated.
