It aims to ease the housing cost burden for young adults who are early in their careers, often move due to school or work, and have limited financial resources.
Under the agreement, participating offices will provide a 20% discount on brokerage fees, up to a maximum of 60,000 won, for lease transactions under 100 million won made for residential purposes by young adults aged 19 to 29 who are registered residents of Ansan and do not own a home.
The participating offices are: Daewoo Myville in Gojan-dong, Centerheim in Jungang-dong, Palgusa in Baegun-dong, Shinyeoseong in Choji-dong, and OK in Seonbu 1-dong. These offices have received official designation plaques and stickers for display.
The city plans to continue expanding the number of participating offices. In addition, it will cooperate with these offices to jointly promote major youth policies, conduct public outreach, and identify and connect at-risk youth facing isolation or withdrawal.
Lee Mingun, Mayor of Ansan, stated, "We will work together with the local association of certified real estate agents to supplement and expand real estate policies, not only so that young people but also all citizens can find homes more safely."
