The Active Administration National Application System is a system that allows citizens to request proactive administrative processing from government agencies when complaints are not handled due to the absence or ambiguity of laws, or when inconvenience persists due to passive administrative handling.
Throughout 2025, the city faithfully handled a total of 40 complaints submitted through the Active Administration National Application System, many of which were related to transportation issues directly affecting citizens' daily lives.
In particular, the city actively responded to various citizen applications by reflecting the opinions presented by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, promoting the improvement of new metropolitan bus routes, and resolving commuting inconveniences caused by the implementation of the metropolitan bus standing ban by introducing mid-interval bus operations.
