The expected rainfall is 5 to 10 mm for Jeju Island and Ulleungdo·Dokdo, around 5 mm for the Jeolla region, and less than 5 mm for the Gyeongsang region. As the rain-soaked ground may freeze overnight, many areas could experience icy roads and black ice, so caution is advised for morning commuters.

Fine dust concentrations are expected to remain at 'good' to 'normal' levels nationwide due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
