Saerom MS, a comprehensive healthcare platform company under Ildong Pharmaceutical Group, announced on December 19 that it has completed the supply of its non-face-to-face medical consultation kiosk, "Saerodoctor," to 25 senior centers in Yeonggwang County, Jeollanam-do, as part of the county's "Health Promotion Smart Senior Center Construction Project," and has now commenced full-scale operation.
The "Yeonggwang County Health Promotion Smart Senior Center Construction Project" is a regional public welfare initiative jointly organized by Jeollanam-do Province, Yeonggwang County, and the Jeonnam Information & Culture Industry Promotion Agency. The project aims to expand healthcare and caregiving services in response to the aging population trend.

According to Saerom MS, the company has leveraged its experience in operating non-face-to-face medical consultation services and its technological capabilities in IT and platform development within the healthcare sector to drive the development and supply of the "Saerodoctor" kiosk.
"Saerodoctor" is an integrated non-face-to-face medical consultation solution that allows users to receive remote video consultations and transmit prescriptions to designated pharmacies with simple operations at the installed location, without the need to visit a medical institution in person.
Through the kiosk terminal, users can select the medical department and healthcare professional, make payments after the consultation, and even choose the pharmacy for prescription transmission and medication pick-up, providing an all-in-one non-face-to-face medical service experience.
The company emphasized that "Saerodoctor" is distinguished by features tailored for public cooperation projects targeting medically vulnerable populations, such as a large display for smooth communication and immersive remote consultations, a user-friendly interface with large font sizes, and voice guidance.
