Korea Investment & Securities Launches First IMA Product and Holds Investment Event
Korea Investment & Securities announced on December 19 that it is holding a comprehensive investment account (IMA) event for customers of its online financial investment service, BanKIS.
Customers who sign up for an IMA product and invest a certain amount or more during the event period, which runs until December 23, will receive investment support funds ranging from 10,000 won up to a maximum of 100,000 won, depending on the amount invested.
The IMA is a principal-guaranteed, performance-based product in which the securities company pools customer deposits and invests them in corporate finance assets such as venture capital, returning the results to customers based on the performance of the investment.
