Busan Office of Education to Hold 'Field Communication' Meetings with Public Kindergarten Annex Teachers... Five District Offices to Be Visited
Gathering Regional Feedback, Seeking Effective Operations
"Ensuring Voices from the Field Lead to Policy"
The Busan Metropolitan Office of Education (Superintendent Kim Seokjun) announced on December 11 that it will hold a series of five 'Field Teacher Communication Meetings,' visiting each district office of education and targeting over 100 teachers from public kindergarten annexes under the jurisdiction of each district office.
The first meeting will be held this afternoon for teachers under the Dongnae District Office of Education, followed by Haeundae (December 15), Northern (December 16), Southern (December 17), and Western (December 18) district offices. The office organized these meetings by district to ensure balanced feedback from each region.
This series of meetings is designed to discuss effective operational strategies for public kindergarten annexes in a changing educational environment, to share the direction of Busan’s early childhood education policies, and to directly listen to feedback from the field. The meetings will include briefings on Busan’s early childhood education policies and open discussions about current issues in the operation of public kindergarten annexes. The office plans to gather input on operational challenges and requests for improvement in order to develop practical support measures.
