Android device users once experienced errors when using OpenAI's generative artificial intelligence (AI) service, ChatGPT.
At around 2:41 p.m. Pacific Time on December 10 (7:41 a.m. Korea Standard Time on December 11), OpenAI announced on its 'OpenAI Status' page that it had "identified an issue causing an increased error rate when using Android devices."
The affected components included 13 items: login, conversation, search, API, agent, file upload, and more.
About 46 minutes later, OpenAI stated that "all affected services have now been fully restored."
