This new space goes beyond a simple furniture display, reimagined as a multi-cultural showroom where customers can stay, experience, and immerse themselves in a comprehensive lifestyle. On the previous day, December 10, a pre-opening event for VIPs was held, featuring a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a docent program.
The "Lady Furniture Suwon Station Direct Store Home & Cafe" stands out for allowing visitors to experience not only Lady Furniture but also all brands operated by Joyworks&Co, including For The Home, Slowalle, Dodam, and Irop, all in one place. In addition, by collaborating with other brands to create spaces that closely resemble real living environments, customers are able to intuitively experience and choose from a variety of lifestyles.
The space also features "Theme Cafe," a premium cafe brand presented by Neverland Company, known for OnePlay, as well as collaboration brands such as the premium diffuser "hejdin" and the sleep and relaxation home fabric brand "zero o'clock." Notably, hejdin diffusers are available for immediate purchase in the store, offering a comprehensive spatial experience that includes both scent and atmosphere. Lady Furniture expects that this will allow them to deliver an immersive, furniture-centered lifestyle experience.
The showroom also showcases Lady Furniture's newly launched premium product lines. These include the ambitious premium mattress series "Sonni Doro," the "Ondam" series of clay beds and sofas that bring the warmth of earth into daily life, the uniquely artistic storage cabinet "Moody Arte" that reinterprets traditional folk painting aesthetics in a modern way, and "Lady Kitchen," a line based on minimal modern design with a focus on fundamentals. Visitors can directly experience these new directions for Lady Furniture in the showroom.
With the official opening, an online docent service is also being launched. By scanning QR codes placed in certain sections of the exhibition space, visitors can listen to audio guides detailing product information and the intent behind the space design, allowing for a deeper exhibition experience.
To celebrate the opening, a variety of visitor events will be held for about a month, from December 10 to January 11. Customers who visit the store and proceed with consultation and purchase will receive a coupon for an additional 5% discount on the final payment amount, up to a maximum of 30,000 won. As a purchase gift, all buyers will receive two beverages from Theme Cafe, and those who spend over 500,000 won will receive exhibition tickets worth 80,000 won for "Gwae Jja Jeon" and "Pink Bubble." Additionally, customers who take photos of their favorite spaces or products in the store and upload them to social media will receive one beverage from Theme Cafe, and 30 participants selected for outstanding content will be awarded a 10,000 won Shinsegae gift certificate.
