LG Chem stated that as marriage and childbirth are being delayed compared to the past and various environmental factors are intertwined, the number of couples experiencing difficulties with pregnancy continues to rise. The company aimed to create a platform that provides comprehensive support for healthy pregnancy preparation and systematic reproductive health management for these couples.
One judge commented, "Bloom has high social value as it corrects prejudices and misconceptions about infertility and simultaneously provides scientific information and emotional support."
To further strengthen app-based customer support, LG Chem plans to continuously expand vivid content, such as interviews with customers of reproductive age who share similar concerns and real-life experiences with medical procedures.
