Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation Recognized for Supporting Self-Sufficiency Projects, Receives Commendation from Daejeon Mayor
The Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation announced on December 9 that it was selected as a distinguished institution for supporting self-sufficiency projects and received a commendation from the Mayor of Daejeon at the "2025 Self-Sufficiency Project Performance Report" held recently at Daejeon City Hall.

View original imageThe corporation was recognized for its contributions to supporting the self-reliance of vulnerable groups and creating inclusive jobs by continuously discovering new projects in collaboration with local self-sufficiency centers.
This year, the Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation supported the expansion of sales channels and job creation for self-sufficiency enterprises affiliated with local self-sufficiency centers and their employees. The corporation provided services such as mobile car washes, side dish delivery businesses, eco-friendly eco-bag production using discarded banners, and held a sales exhibition of self-sufficiency products for Chuseok.
In addition, the corporation established a new model of mutual cooperation with self-sufficiency enterprises by offering free CI (corporate identity) design services for promotional activities through its currency designers.
