The Small Enterprise and Market Service announced on December 8 that it had received the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Commendation at the '2025 26th Korea Franchise Industry Development Merit Awards Ceremony' held on December 5 at COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
The Korea Franchise Industry Development Merit Awards are hosted by the Korea Franchise Association and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and supported by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. The awards recognize organizations, companies, and individuals who have contributed to strengthening the competitiveness and fostering a healthy ecosystem of the domestic franchise industry.

The Small Enterprise and Market Service plans to designate approximately 17 outstanding franchise brands through the operation of the franchise level evaluation system, supporting both headquarters and franchisees for mutual growth.
