Yanolja is restructuring its leadership system around three pillars: the consumer platform (Nol Universe), enterprise solutions (Yanolja Cloud), and the corporation (Yanolja Holdings).

On December 3, Yanolja announced that it has newly appointed key leaders of its major subsidiaries to realize the group's mid- to long-term vision. The leaders for each business division are Cheolwoong Lee as Head of the Consumer Platform, Junyoung Lee as Head of Enterprise Solutions, and Chanseok Choi as Head of the Corporation.
This leadership restructuring is a strategic decision aimed at further strengthening customer value-driven thinking and technological innovation, at a time when the company is moving beyond the mobile era and entering a full-fledged AI transformation (AX) era. Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, Yanolja has accelerated its push into the global market based on a brand renewal and is now focusing on establishing a systematic structure and enhancing swift execution for the group's "second leap forward."
Through these changes, Yanolja will enhance customer experience, drive technological innovation, and strengthen its member-based organizational culture, thereby laying the foundation for realizing the group's core values. In particular, under the ongoing responsible management system, the company has reinforced leadership in each business division to enhance expertise and reorganized its organizational capabilities to respond flexibly to the changing global market environment.
Cheolwoong Lee, Head of the Consumer Platform division, is an online travel agency (OTA) expert who has led Northeast Asia business organizations at both global and local platforms such as Agoda and Klook. He gained global market operation experience as Senior Director at Agoda Japan. After serving as Chief Director of Coupang Travel for two years starting in 2020, he joined Yanolja as Chief Marketing Officer in 2022. This year, he successfully led the launch of Nol Universe and the rebranding campaign for the "NOL" brand, contributing to strengthening the platform's competitiveness.
Junyoung Lee, Head of the Enterprise Solutions division, is the first Korean engineer to join Google’s U.S. headquarters after working at Samsung Electronics and Yahoo Korea. He worked at Google headquarters for about 20 years and led the establishment of the Google Korea R&D Center. Since joining Yanolja in 2022, he has overseen the entire R&D organization as the group's Chief Technology Officer. Leveraging his experience and expertise in successfully leading R&D divisions at global companies, he has enhanced Yanolja’s technological capabilities and solidified its position as a global travel tech company.
Chanseok Choi, Head of Yanolja Corporation, is an investment and financial strategy expert with 25 years of experience spanning venture capital, investment banking, and industry. Since joining Yanolja in 2021, he has led the group’s global expansion strategy as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Yanolja Cloud.
