Currently, Thom Browne operates more than 300 major department stores and boutiques across 40 countries, as well as 110 directly managed stores in cities including New York, London, Milan, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, and Seoul.
At the first standalone Thom Browne women's store in the region, customers can expect to discover the 26SS collection, representing American new luxury couture for women who seek perfect tailoring, the finest materials, and something different from conventional styles.
Thom Browne began his business in 2001 with a small made-to-order shop in New York's West Village, starting with just five suits. In 2003, he introduced his first men's ready-to-wear and accessories collection, and in 2011, he expanded his business by launching his first women's collection.
Thom Browne is widely recognized for breaking the mold of the traditional suit-often considered the modern uniform-and creating his own unique fit. Through sophisticated tailoring and the highest level of craftsmanship, his meticulously crafted collections consistently convey the unique sensibility of American classics.
Thom Browne was named Menswear Designer of the Year by the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) in 2006, 2013, and 2016.
He also won GQ magazine's Designer of the Year award in 2008, the National Design Award from the Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum in 2012, and the Couture Council Award from the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2017.
Thom Browne's collections have been exhibited in museums around the world, including the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, the Fashion Museum in Bath, and the Mode Museum in Antwerp.
