Hallym University College of Nursing Holds 30th Anniversary Ceremony, Raises 195.66 Million Won Development Fund
Hallym University (President Choi Yanghee) College of Nursing held a commemorative event celebrating "86 Years of Hallym Nursing, 30th Anniversary of the College of Nursing" on October 24 at the Sapphire Hall of Sejong Hotel in Chuncheon, and raised a development fund totaling 195.66 million won to support future innovation in nursing education.

Graduates from the class of 1999 donated 13 million won to their alma mater to foster the next generation of nursing talent. The alumni association contributed 10 million won, the college faculty donated 165.04 million won, and additional graduates donated and pledged 7.32 million won, bringing the total fund to 195.66 million won.
The development fund will be strategically used to improve the educational environment, expand educational programs to strengthen future nursing competencies, and establish a foundation for nurturing globally competent professional nurses.
Kim Eunjeong, Dean of the College of Nursing, stated, "On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the College of Nursing, I am deeply grateful to the faculty, alumni, and local community for coming together to raise this fund. We will use these valuable donations responsibly to drive educational innovation and cultivate outstanding nursing professionals."
