Coway Expands Benefits for 7.52 Million Customers... Broadens Lifestyle-Focused Partnership Services
Accelerating the Expansion of Partnership Networks
Coway is accelerating the expansion of its partnership network, leveraging its base of 7.52 million customers.
On November 25, Coway announced that it is introducing membership services that customers can use in their daily lives, and is broadening customer touchpoints through space partnerships that allow customers to experience its products in various venues such as hotels and resorts. Through these efforts, Coway aims to enhance customer benefits while solidifying its competitiveness as the leading company in home appliances.
The recently launched customer-exclusive membership service, "Coway Members Club," is available to anyone who uses Coway products. It offers a range of benefits in areas closely related to daily life, such as health, travel, and education. Specifically, through partnerships with a total of 13 brands-including Megastudy, Yeogi Eottae, Lotte Hotel, Jeju Shinhwa World, JAJU, and the vehicle management app MyCar-customers can enjoy product discounts, free trials, coupons, and more. Coway plans to continuously expand its list of partner companies in line with customers' lifestyles and to further enhance customer convenience by focusing on practical, everyday benefits.
Until the end of next month, Coway will also be holding a special discount event at Jeju Shinhwa World exclusively for Coway customers. Customers can book Somerset rooms at Jeju Shinhwa World at up to 30% off, receive a 15% discount on theme park and water park admission tickets, and enjoy up to 10% off at directly operated food and beverage outlets. Reservations can be made through the Coway Members Club website.
Coway is also actively pursuing its "space partnership" business, collaborating with hotels, resorts, and commercial facilities. This business model is a collaborative approach that enhances the value of partner spaces through Coway products and services. It provides customers with new service experiences while adding differentiated competitiveness to partner spaces.
Currently, Coway operates partnership rooms equipped with its products at Jeju Shinhwa World, Lotte Hotel Seoul and Jeju, and Lotte Hotel & Resort Gimhae, among others, receiving high satisfaction and positive feedback from guests. As demand for space partnerships continues, Coway plans to expand its collaborations beyond hotels to strengthen brand experience touchpoints and accelerate its business-to-business (B2B) partnership initiatives.
