Yangju City in Gyeonggi Province will launch the '2025 Second Half Year Big Sale to Revive the Economy' starting on November 22, offering a 20% cashback on Yangju Sarang Card purchases at local businesses to boost local consumption and revitalize the regional economy.

View original imageThis event will run for nine days from November 22 to November 30, with 999 stores across nine neighborhood commercial districts-including Deokjeong, Goeup, and Baekseok-participating. With the expanded scale of participation, citizens can now enjoy benefits across a wider range of industries and business areas.
During the event period, customers who pay with the Yangju Sarang Card at participating businesses will automatically receive a 20% cashback through the Gyeonggi Local Currency app. The cashback is capped at a maximum of 30,000 won per day and 120,000 won per person.
The list of participating districts and stores can be checked in advance through the 'Yangju City Website Banner' or 'Yangju News.' The event may end early if the allocated budget runs out. The local currency received as cashback must be used by December 31, 2025; any unused balance will automatically expire after this date.
