[Weather Tomorrow] Morning Temperatures Below Freezing, Much Colder Feel... Light Raindrops in the Seoul Metropolitan Area
On Thursday, the 20th, cold weather is expected to continue, especially in inland regions.
The morning low will range from -4 to 6 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high is forecast to be between 10 and 16 degrees Celsius. Strong winds will make it feel even colder, so extra care should be taken to maintain your health.
