As a cloud-based service initiated by Hamyang County, the app leveraged the flexibility of the cloud by temporarily doubling cloud resources during the event period compared to normal times, in order to prepare for a temporary surge in users and prevent any disruptions.
Thanks to these proactive measures, the event achieved 'zero-downtime' operation with no incidents of connection delays or other issues, significantly boosting participant satisfaction.
In particular, as of the 16th, the number of people who completed the challenge approached 2,000, resulting in a sharp increase in usage. Nevertheless, a stable app environment was maintained, and the event proceeded smoothly.
