Dongducheon City in Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Park Hyungdeok) held the "2025 Pet Culture Class" on November 14 at the Car-Free Street in Citizen Peace Neighborhood Park, aiming to foster a pet-friendly culture where pets and their owners can learn and enjoy together.
