Geumsan County Recruiting One Household for Remodeled Vacant House
Free Housing Available for Up to Four Years with Annual Renewal
Geumsan County is accepting applications for residents to move into a remodeled vacant house located in Sindae-ri, Boksu-myeon, with the construction completed, until November 28.
Eligible applicants are low-income households, newlywed couples, and individuals aged 65 or older who do not own a home. Residents can live in the house free of charge for up to four years, with the possibility of one renewal.
One household will be selected, and the house features three rooms and a floor area of 25 pyeong (approximately 82.6 square meters).
The application form can be found in the announcement section on the Geumsan County website. Applications can be submitted in person or by mail to the Housing Team of the Urban Architecture Division at Geumsan County Office.

Jeong Heecheol, an official from the Urban Architecture Division, stated, "We are remodeling vacant houses to support residents in need of housing," and requested, "We hope for your keen interest in this project."
