Since 2014, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy has been designating companies with the capability to autonomously manage strategic goods exports as CP Excellent Companies, based on a three-tier certification system (A, AA, AAA). The certification is valid for three years and must be renewed through a re-designation evaluation to extend its validity.
Doosan Enerbility became the first company in the heavy industry sector to obtain the AAA rating for Authorized Economic Operator in 2014. Following successful certifications in 2019 and 2022, the company has now achieved its fourth certification this year. Doosan Enerbility maintained the highest rating in this re-designation, receiving high marks for the CEO's commitment to compliance, the implementation of a strategic technology management system, and improvements to the supplier declaration submission process.
Kim Dongcheol, Head of Administration at Doosan Enerbility, stated, "This re-designation is meaningful as it objectively reaffirms Doosan Enerbility's strategic goods management system," adding, "We will continue to maintain export control standards in line with international norms to further enhance the stability and reliability of our global business."

Companies designated as CP Excellent Companies receive various benefits when exporting strategic goods. When exporting to member countries of international export control regimes, such as the United States and the United Kingdom, export license reviews are waived. For exports to high-risk countries such as Vietnam and Saudi Arabia, benefits include simplified documentation and shorter permit processing times.
