On November 12, Baljinnyam Buyantogtokh, Head of the Document Management Department of Khovd Province (a regional autonomous government in western Mongolia), and two accompanying officials visited the Seongnam City Children's Traffic Education Center to tour the facilities and observe the educational programs.

Khovd Province is a large administrative unit (Aimag) located in western Mongolia, equivalent to a "province" in Korea. This visit was arranged at the request of the Khovd Province delegation to benchmark Seongnam City's best practices in experiential traffic safety education and to share operational know-how regarding educational programs.

The delegation toured the exhibition and experience zones as well as the educational video hall, observed an ongoing children's traffic safety class, and participated in a Q&A session. Both sides exchanged views on sharing traffic safety education content and discussed potential areas for future cooperation.

The Mongolian delegation stated, "Although our country also implements safety education primarily for elementary school students, we are very impressed by this system where even very young children can directly see, hear, and experience as they learn. We hope that Seongnam City's advanced children's safety education system and approach to fostering a culture of traffic safety will be introduced in Mongolia as well."

Seongnam City expects that this visit will serve as a practical reference for introducing and advancing traffic safety education in Mongolia, while also providing an opportunity to widely publicize the excellence and international standing of Seongnam City's children's traffic safety education content.

An official from the Children's Traffic Education Center said, "Through this international exchange, we will share Seongnam City's educational experience and, through mutual cooperation, work to create a safer traffic culture."
